    Domestic orders are delivered to cargo within 24 hours, and international orders are delivered to cargo within 48 hours.

    Since we are manufacturer, some of our models are shipped after production, these types of orders are delivered in cargo between 3-5 working days. Our company does not work on weekends. Your orders for the weekend are processed on the first business day of the week.

    Home slippers are produced by handmade in our models. According to our slippery models, production processes can last 3 working days,

    You can follow up with your cargo status with "cargo shipping number" notified by Sms or e-mail.

    Your order is delivered to your door in all the places Aras Cargo delivers in your domestic orders.

    In cases where direct delivery to your address is not possible, you can receive your order from the nearest Aras Cargo office.

    In domestic shipments; We work with Aras Cargo.

    In overseas transmissions; The company we work with varies by country and region. Cargo companies we operate: DHL, UPS, Aramex, PTT Cargo

  • What should I pay attention to when I receive my product?

    When you receive your product; Opening, tearing, crushing, wetting etc. in the cargo package. You should check to see if there is a problem.

    If you think there is any problem in your package during delivery, we recommend you to pick up your package with the record of your package under the guidance of the incoming courier staff.

  • Can I take my delivery from the branch?

    You can get your product delivered to your nearest branch with your shipment tracking number delivered to you.

    This type of service is not available for overseas orders.

  • What if Cargo company can not find me at the delivery address?

    If you are not in the specified address, your order will be returned to the courier service and the shipment will be retained for 3 business days for delivery.

    If you do not take delivery within this period, our product will be returned to you.
